It's important to come prepared for your first visit to The Ninja Gym. Please bring comfortable athletic clothing that allows for a wide range of movement, such as leggings or shorts, and a moisture-wicking shirt. Additionally, be sure to bring athletic shoes suitable for indoor use. If you have long hair, it's recommended to bring a hair tie to keep it out of your face during your workout. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your training session. We also recommend bringing a positive attitude and willingness to challenge yourself as you explore our facility and engage in the activities we offer.

The Ninja Gym welcomes participants of all ages, starting from 5 years old for Open gym. We believe that anyone can benefit from the physical and mental challenges of our ninja warrior-style training, regardless of age. Our classes are tailored to different age groups, ensuring that each participant receives appropriate instruction and support. Whether you're a child, teenager, adult, or senior, there's something for everyone at The Ninja Gym. At The Ninja Gym, we offer a safe and supervised environment for kids to participate in our classes and activities. While we encourage parents to stay and watch their children learn and grow, we do offer drop-off services for children 6 years and older. Please note that all drop-off participants must have a completed registration form and waiver on file, and parents or guardians are required to sign in their children and provide emergency contact information. Our priority is the safety and well-being of all our young ninjas, and our dedicated staff members are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for all participants.

To create an account at The Ninja Gym, simply visit our website and click on the "Create an Account" button. You will be prompted to fill out some basic information such as your name, email, and contact details. Once your account is created, you will be asked to sign a waiver electronically. This waiver is necessary for participation in any of our classes or activities and ensures that you understand and acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity. After completing the waiver, you will have full access to book classes, track your progress, and receive important updates from The Ninja Gym. We take safety and liability very seriously, and signing the waiver is a crucial step in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our members.

Booking a session at The Ninja Gym is easy and convenient. You can book online through our website or mobile app, where you can view our class schedule and select the session that fits your availability. Alternatively, you can also call our front desk during business hours to book a session over the phone. Yes, you can absolutely book out the entire facility at The Ninja Gym for an event or party! Whether it's for a birthday party, team building event, or private group session, we offer exclusive use of our state-of-the-art training space for a truly unique experience. Our facility includes obstacle courses, climbing walls, a ninja warrior course, and more, providing a thrilling and action-packed environment for your event. Our dedicated staff can work with you to customize the experience, provide instruction, and ensure a fun and safe time for all participants. At The Ninja Gym, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or refunds.

Drop-ins:

• Cancellations for drop-in sessions will result in account credit only.
  

Camps, Birthdays, Pro-D, Classes:

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the session will receive a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the session will receive a 50% account credit.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the session will not be eligible for a refund.
  

Minimum Capacity Requirements:

• Classes that fail to meet the minimum capacity requirements are subject to cancellation. In such cases, participants may be asked to switch to alternate classes.
