  • What makes the Ninja Gym different from other fitness facilities?

    The Ninja Gym blends fitness with play. Instead of rows of machines, you’ll find a constantly evolving variety of obstacles designed to challenge your strength, balance, coordination, jumping ability, and overall proprioception. Every session feels like an adventure—fun, engaging, and unexpectedly effective.


    What truly sets us apart is the sense of accomplishment you get from progressing on real skills. Landing a balance obstacle you’ve been practicing or finally sticking a challenging grab is an unbeatable feeling. And you’re never on your own: our floor coaches are always available to guide you, offer tips, and help you safely build technique and confidence.

  • What should I bring to the Ninja Gym on my first visit?

    Come dressed in comfortable athletic clothing that allows for a full range of movement—think shorts or leggings and a breathable, moisture-wicking top. Athletic shoes suitable for indoor use only are required. If you have long hair, bring a hair tie, and don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated.


    All participants must have a signed waiver before entering the gym, so please complete yours (and any minors’) ahead of time if possible. Most importantly, bring a positive attitude and a willingness to challenge yourself as you explore our obstacles and activities.

  • What age do you need to be to join the Ninja Gym

    We welcome participants ages 5 and up for Open Gym. Our programming is designed with age-appropriate guidance, progressions, and safety in mind—from kids and teens to adults of all fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to play, train, or challenge yourself, there’s something for every age group. Our goal is to provide a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone can learn, grow, and have fun together.

  • Can I drop my kid off at the Ninja Gym?

    Yes—parents are welcome to stay and watch, but we also offer a Drop & Run option for children ages 6 and up. There is a $5 drop-off fee per visit.


    All drop-off participants must have a completed waiver and registration on file. Parents or guardians must sign their child in and provide emergency contact information before leaving. Our staff prioritizes safety and supervision, ensuring your young ninja has a fun, engaging, and well-supported experience while you’re away.

  • How do I create an account and sign a waiver at the Ninja Gym?

    Creating an account is easy. On our Home page, under "Getting Started" click Manage Your Account. Alternarively, when registering for any of our programs you can click login. You’ll enter some basic information—like your name and contact details—then complete our electronic waiver, which is required for participation in any class or activity.


    Once your account is set up, you can book sessions, manage your schedule, and receive important updates from The Ninja Gym. Completing the waiver ensures you understand the physical nature of our activities and helps us maintain a safe, smooth experience for all participants.

  • How do I book a session at the Ninja Gym?

    Booking is easy and done directly through our website. You can visit our Schedule page to view the full calendar, or head to our Programs page to select the specific activity you’re looking for. Our registration portal is built right into the site—no extra tabs or external links—so you can browse, choose, and book your session all in one place.

  • Can I book out the entire facility for an event or party?

    Yes! The Ninja Gym offers full-facility rentals for birthdays, team-building events, and private group sessions. You and your guests get exclusive access to our obstacle courses, climbing features, and ninja setups for a unique, high-energy experience.

  • What is our Cancellation and Refund Policy?

    At The Ninja Gym, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or refunds. 


    Drop-ins:


    Cancellations for drop-in sessions will result in account credit only.


    Camps, Birthdays, Pro-D, Classes:


    Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the session will receive a 100% refund.


    Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days will incur a $50 penalty with the remainder as account credit.


    Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the session will not be eligible for a refund.


    Minimum Capacity Requirements:


    Classes that fail to meet the minimum capacity requirements are subject to cancellation. In such cases, participants may be asked to switch to alternate classes.
